Getting Started:

Consider where you will hang your Mosaic Memory Mirror. You don't want to order one that
is too small or too large for the area.
Choose a shape and size that fits your space and budget. You can get a good idea of the
cost by looking at what's available here. If you don't see a shape you like, draw one and
fax it to us.
Tell us about things you'd like to see, and would not like to see on your Memory Mirror. For
example, you may not want playing cards or dice on a mirror for someone who has a
gambling problem.
Don't worry if you can't find enough items to fill an entire mirror, it only takes a few items to
make it special. We'll do the rest!
Anything you send us that we can't or don't use on your mirror will be returned to you.
Please do not send old original photographs. You can have color or black & white photo
quality copies made at Kinko's or other shops. Give us a few copies of each photo. We'll
decoupage them under glass and use only the best ones.
Plan ahead...depending on how busy we are it could take between 2-6 weeks to complete
your work.
Communication with you is important to us. We want to make sure you know what you're
getting and how much it will cost before we begin. After we agree on the above we can
start on your work with a 25% deposit. The work will be shipped after the balance is paid
in full. If the balance isn't paid within 60 days after we notify you of your works completion,
you are giving us the right to sell your work and keep your items and your deposit (and you
wouldn't want that to happen!).
Beyond these guidelines you are giving us complete artistic control over how we choose to
arrange the items.

Our Memory Mirror Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with your Memory Mirror you
can ship it back to us, completely in-tact with nothing removed, and we'll refund the purchase
price (less shipping). Of course that means you're giving us the right to sell the Memory Mirror.
